Description

The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed using a pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for approximately 10-15 days at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C.

Tasting notes

A Chardonnay with intense golden highlights. On the nose, it is very balanced, with light notes of honey and intense aromas of fresh fruit and wildflowers. It has good acidity and a fresh, harmonious finish.

A journey through completely different terroirs, each with a rich and varied character, reflecting the Sicilian sun and gentle breezes, with one common denominator: the ability to enhance native varietals.
