West Cork Port Cask Finish is a single malt Irish whiskey produced with Irish barley and distilled three times using pot stills.
Patiently matured in first-fill bourbon casks and finished in Kelvin Cooperage Virgin Oak casks.
On the nose, rounded and full aromas of ripe wheat and a hint of vanilla, behind which lies the scent of toasted bread and butter. On the palate, it is smooth and full, with harmonious notes of malt and vanilla, plus spicier notes of heather and freshly cut grass.
