Izia licorice liqueur is made using artisanal methods that allow for the most natural extraction possible from the roots, yielding a prized juice with an unmistakable aroma and distinctive dark color. After resting for about a month, the liqueur is ready for use.

Very dark brown, almost black, it's dense and full-bodied. It has a sweet aroma with distinct licorice notes. On the palate, it's soft and velvety, with a flavor that perfectly balances sweet and spicy in a lingering finish.
