Color: Deep ruby red tending towards garnet with violet reflections, clear, with excellent compactness and consistency. Aromas: Broad, pleasant, slightly pungent, the initial fruity and ethereal impact of morello cherry and wild blackberry is soon replaced by pomace, a hint of hay and spicy vanilla. Flavor: Sweet, harmonious, dry, typically tannic, it quickly releases with great strength, the bouquet recalls violets (viola mammola). Finish: The great "heat" is accompanied, persuasive, by a soft and sweet fruitiness which, very slowly, takes over from a light cherry aftertaste. Alcohol content: 27% Obtained following the original family manuscript containing the ancient recipe, with natural raw materials such as Raboso wine, "buongusto" alcohol, cane sugar, Venetian grappa, natural flavors and a particularly long aging. The passage of time selects what is valuable and what is not, what is worthy of being remembered and what is to be lost in oblivion. Elisir Gambrinus is a natural, artisanal product. Over time, it evolves, changes, and its aromas change, and its sensations vary in sometimes unpredictable ways, as the twenty-two ingredients interact differently according to the time available to them. The main ingredient of this liqueur is Raboso wine, obtained from the ancient, native grape of the same name, grown in an area fertilized by the Piave River. The passing of the seasons will enhance its flavors and aromas, while the vibrant color will fade with maturity. It is the natural and genuine evolution of this Typical Artisanal Specialty that, in my opinion, represents the divine spirit of Raboso.
